南瓜是糖尿病患者的福音
在各種食物之中,南瓜(即番瓜)對於糖尿病的療效可以真是數一數二的。
近年日本和中國內地醫學研究證實:糖尿病患者長期吃南瓜或南瓜粉,病情減輕機會特別高,尤其是輕型及中型的患者大多在服內之後症狀改善,精神轉佳,減少口渴。
糖尿病一般由於人體內胰島素分泌不足,至某種程度,導致葡萄糖的正常利用受到影響,使血糖上升,終於由尿中排出體外。
而胰島素這傢伙則必須有鉻和鎳這兩種微量元素才可發揮作用,倘若人體內吸收的鉻和鎳不足,胰島素的活動即減少。
南瓜正好含有豐富的鉻和鎳,所以對於糖尿病患者是天賜良藥。而且,南瓜含有大量植物纖維,產生延緩小腸吸收糖份的效果,這樣患者不會在飽食之後血糖急劇上升,令胰島素更加重負擔,反而可以逐步恢復正常功能。
此外,南瓜另含有蛋白質、胡蘿蔔素及多種維他命和胺基酸(胡盧巴鹼、腺嘌呤、精氨酸、瓜氨酸、天門冬素、多縮戍糖等)、多種礦物質(鉀、磷、鈣、鐵、鋅、硒等),含碳水化合物卻很少,因此健康有益。
據中國醫學的說法,南瓜性味甘、溫,入脾、胃經;功能補中益氣,化痰排膿,消炎殺蟲,止痛。若是脾胃濕熱、胸脘脹悶者,則不宜。
南瓜原產非洲及南美洲,後來傳入印度、中國;有多個不同品種,所以形狀顏色往往不同。美洲南瓜特別巨型,圓筒形,瓜皮有黃、白、紫、綠等色。印度南瓜皮較柔滑,白色或奶白色,也很巨型,圓形或長圓形。中國南瓜扁圓形,先端下凹,皮外有稜,未成熟時呈綠色,成熟之後轉橙黃或金黃色,表面有一層赤褐色的霜。
近年來,全球各地掀起了南瓜熱,因為它有減肥美容的功效,特別是日本各大城市出現了烹飪南瓜奉客的專門店,推出南瓜湯、南瓜沙律、南瓜雪糕等,中國各地流行南瓜粉,香港也買得到。
由於它有減肥及美容的效果,日本人近年掀起了南瓜狂熱,奉之為「蔬菜之王」。
南瓜的藥用價值開始為各地醫學界認識,它的美味也受到大眾欣賞。
除了防治糖尿功能之外,原來南瓜整棵植物還有很多神奇的效用,例如:
防癌:南瓜能消除亞硝酸胺的突變作用,制止癌細胞出現。
杜蟲:南瓜籽具有很好的殺滅血吸蟲幼蟲作用,對於蟯蟲病、蟯蟲病等患者療效顯著(方法是空腹細嚼後吞服南瓜籽)。
治高血壓:多吃南瓜(尤其是生食或蒸至半熟),可降血壓。

治久咳:南瓜藤煎去頭,插瓶中,令其汁液流入,廿四小時後取汁用開水沖服。
治浮腫、腹水、小便不暢:南瓜蒂燒存性研末,溫開水送服,每日三次,每次二克。
治慣性流產:南瓜蒂3只,薏米120克,加水煎服,連服數日。
治燒傷、燙傷:南瓜搗爛取汁,塗敷傷口。也可以用南瓜藤汁塗傷口,每日三次。
治支氣管哮喘及老年慢性支氣管炎:鮮南瓜500克,紅棗20粒,適量黃糖,加水煮湯服食,每日二次。
治痢疾:用南瓜葉煎湯飲。
止痛:瓜肉煮熟敷貼患處,可消炎止痛。

Difference between Natural and Synthetic Vitamins and Minerals
The Lure of Synthetic Vitamins
Most chemists maintain, molecule by molecule, synthetic vitamins are identical to natural vitamins. The isolated factor of each may be identical, although newer information challenges this belief. Man-made synthetic supplements are a combination of some of the separate factors, never the whole complex of synergistic factors found in nature. The whole family of B, C or E vitamins is known as a "complex".
Synthetic vitamins may cause improvement of certain conditions for a short time but the whole complex goes even further. It is now believed that the "unknown" co-factors found in natural vitamins, not found in synthetic forms, act as catalysts which make the vitamins more effective. The reason why synthetic vitamins are so popular is because they are easier and cheaper to manufacture in a lab from petroleum products than to grow and harvest from crops.
Are Your Health Food Store Vitamins Causing Deficiencies?
Research indicates that synthetic vitamins may actually cause nutritional deficiencies. When you take a synthetic vitamin, it needs the co-factors normally found in the whole food, in order to complete its action. If they are not in the foods you eat, it will draw the co-factors from your body. You may feel good for a while but when the co-factors run out, you will begin to feel worse.
The prolonged action of the synthetics imitates the action of drugs; they over-stimulate rather than feed your body. Science does not even come close to duplicating nature. Many illnesses, pain and suffering are the result of our dietary ignorance.
Take Vitamin C, for example: The FDA has allowed ascorbic acid to be called Vitamin C. Ascorbic acid, however, is the anti-oxidant protector of the Vitamin C complex, much like the eggshell that protects the egg. The C complex consists of Vitamin P, J and K. Most people have not even heard of vitamins P or J. Vitamin J carries the oxygen and vitamin P is the anti-fragility factor.
There is another element in whole food vitamin C called terrosenase, which is a copper enzyme. It is needed to make hemoglobin and prevents anemia. Ascorbic acid, on the other hand, is this chemical teased-out portion which is deficient in all these co-factors and will never have the effect that vitamin C has. It has no effect on the common cold or other conditions that vitamin C has.
Studies show that people who eat a diet rich in vitamin C do much better than those taking ascorbic acid. In fact, the body has an enzyme that gets rid of ascorbic acid. Nature knew that we needed the egg and not the eggshell.
Vitamin E is similar: It also has an anti-oxidant protector called tocopherol. There are alpha-, beta-, gamma-, and delta-tocopherols. They protect the center of the vitamin, which is the mineral selenium, which carries out metabolic functions. In addition to selenium, they also protect some essential fatty acid factors, which are needed to transport calcium.
Many people who get muscle cramps rush out to get calcium when the problem is simply that they are taking high doses of this teased-out portion of vitamin E called dl-tocopherol. Also, involved in vitamin E are other E fractions that are important to heart health that synthetic E will have no effect on.
Ingredients of so-called Natural Vitamin E purchased at Wild Oats:Vitamin E (as Natural d-alpha Tocopheryl Acetate) 400 IU Selenium (as Selenium Yeast) 100 mcg Other ingredients: Soybean Oil, Gelatin, Glycerin, Carob Extract, Titanium Dioxide (natural mineral whitener) Looking over the ingredients, there is an easy answer as to why truly natural vitamins cost more. Whenever the word "acetate" occurs on the label of fat soluble vitamins (A, D, E), it means synthetic. The FDA now allows labeling to say "natural" when 5 % of the ingredients are natural.
Synthetic vitamins are 1/5 as potent in the human body as truly natural vitamin E. So you need to take 5 times as much and then your liver must deal with the side effects of the synthetic properties.
Check your vitamin bottle. Natural vitamin E is d-tocopherol, while synthetic vitamin E is dl-tocopherol or d-alpha tocopheral acetate. Make sure your vitamin E has d-alpha and other mixed natural tocopherals without the acetate.
Synthetic vitamins will never have the effects of natural vitamins simply because they are missing many parts of the whole complex.

1.最容易罹患慢性病是吃最多動物性食物的人,就算只攝取少量動物性食物,也有負面效果。

Study Shows Rise in Number of Americans With Low Vitamin D Levels

March 25, 2009 -- Low vitamin D levels among adults are fast becoming a growing epidemic and could spell trouble for the future health of the nation, according to a new study.Researchers found that not only has the number of Americans with low vitamin D levels increased, but average vitamin D levels among adults have also decreased from 1994 to 2004.Vitamin D is produced by the skin in response to sunlight and is also found in vitamin D fortified foods, such as milk.Low vitamin D levels are already known to cause rickets in children and weaken bones in adults. Recent studies also have linked low vitamin D levels with cancer, heart disease, infection, and other health problems.Researchers say the results suggest that current recommendations for vitamin D supplementation may not be high enough to address the increasing health problem of low vitamin D levels.The Institute of Medicine currently recommends vitamin D supplementation at the following levels:
• 200 international units (IU) per day from birth to 50 years of age
• 400 IU per day for adults aged 51 to 70
• 600 IU per day for adults 71 and older.
Too Little Vitamin DIn the study, researchers compared vitamin D levels in blood samples from participants of the 1988-1994 and 2001-2004 National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey.They found the average vitamin D level dropped from 30 nanograms per milliliter to 24 nanograms per milliliter from 1994 to 2004. In addition, the percentage of people with vitamin D deficiency (below 10 nanograms per milliliter) increased from 2% to 6%; fewer people had healthy vitamin D levels of 30 nanograms per milliliter or higher (45% vs. 23%) during the study period. The increase in prevalence of vitamin D deficiency was especially striking in non-Hispanic black Americans, rising from 9% to 29% in the same 10-year period.
Researchers say vitamin D levels may have dropped as a result of people spending less time outside and avoiding the sun."Current recommendations for dosage of vitamin D supplements are inadequate to address this growing epidemic of vitamin D insufficiency," write researcher Adit A. Ginde, MD, MPH, of the University of Colorado Denver School of Medicine and colleagues in the Archives of Internal Medicine. "Increased intake of vitamin D (greater than or equal to 1,000 IU/d) -- particularly during the winter months and at higher latitudes -- and judicious sun exposure would improve vitamin D status and likely improve the overall health of the U.S. population."

Balancing Acid/Alkaline Foods
Many foods are alkaline-producing by nature, but manufactured processed foods are mostly acid-producing. It is important to consume at least 60% alkaline-producing foods in our diet, in order to maintain health. We need plenty of fresh fruits and particularly vegetables (alkaline-producing) to balance our necessary protein intake (acid-producing). And we need to avoid processed, sugary or simple-carbohydrate foods, not only because they are acid-producing but also because they raise blood sugar level too quickly (high glycemic index therefore fattening); plus they tend to be nutrient-lacking and may be toxic too.
What is the body's pH?Water is the most abundant compound in the human body, comprising 70% of the body. The body therefore contains a wide range of solutions, which may be more or less acid. pH (potential of Hydrogen) is a measure of the acidity or alkalinity of a solution - the ratio between positively charged ions (acid-forming) and negatively charged ions (alkaline-forming.) The pH of any solution is the measure of its hydrogen-ion concentration. The higher the pH reading, the more alkaline and oxygen rich the fluid is. The lower the pH reading, the more acidic and oxygen deprived the fluid is. The pH range is from 0 to 14, with 7.0 being neutral. Anything above 7.0 is alkaline, anything below 7.0 is considered acidic.
Human blood pH should be slightly alkaline (7.35 - 7.45). Below or above this range means symptoms and disease. If blood pH moves below 6.8 or above 7.8, cells stop functioning and the body dies. The body therefore continually strives to balance pH. When this balance is compromised many problems can occur.

An imbalanced diet high in acidic-producing foods such as animal protein, sugar, caffeine, and processed foods puts pressure on the body's regulating systems to maintain pH neutrality. The extra buffering required can deplete the body of alkaline minerals such as sodium, potassium, magnesium, and calcium, making the person prone to chronic and degenerative disease. Minerals are borrowed from vital organs and bones to buffer (neutralize) the acid and safely remove it from the body. 鱼油
鱼油不是只有心血管问题才想到使用的产品,它对于细胞健康有重要作用。他能阻止炎症反应,改善循环。
鱼油作用于细胞膜,可以得到好的细胞膜,好的细胞才是修复一切问题的关键,才有根本的健康。
细胞膜包含饱和脂肪和不饱和脂肪酸,多不饱和脂肪酸要从食物里面获得,他包括Omega3和6 =(ω3,ω6)= 奥米茄3和奥米茄6。
豆油、生油、玉米油为主富含ω6脂肪酸,深海鱼油、亚麻籽油、菜籽油里面ω3脂肪酸多。同时因为这两种不饱和脂肪酸在体内争抢同一种酶。所以Omega6过多还会影响Omega3的摄入,是双向双重降低作用。
不同国家的人摄入Omega6与Omega3的比例:
美国人吃鱼少,大约是20-45:1,心血管死亡占总死亡的45%左右。
日本人吃鱼多一些,大约是12:1,心血管死亡占总死亡的20%左右。
爱斯基摩人吃鱼为主,鲜有吃蔬菜水果,大约是1:1,心血管死亡占总死亡的7%左右。
减少Omega6,增加Omega3,使得Omega6与3的比例从20-45:1,减少到4:1,就可以减少心血管病死亡率70%左右。
另外5:1对哮喘改善有效果,2.5:1则抑制肠癌细胞,2-3:1控制关节炎,10:1则以上效果相反。
提高纯Omega3的摄入量的同时,还要注意日常不要吃得太油---减少Omega6的摄入也是同样重要,不然鱼油就白吃了。
想一想从20-45:1降低到4:1以下,是什么概念。
OPC给细胞“除锈”---减少自由基的氧化伤害,鱼油使得细胞像不锈钢-----免受氧化伤害。(Henry提示:这一点我看其他资料有提到:多不饱和脂肪酸因为有更多双键,稳定性差,容易导致氧化伤害,请查证).
但是要先OPC后鱼油,因为先要清理细胞内外,才能发挥鱼油效果。
补充Omega3,选用只含有Omega3的鱼油。Omega6我们从日常的食用油里面已经摄取太多,就不需要专门花钱去“补”了。

More that 30 years ago, a Mr Zhang who work in the public sale department of a Taipei Brewery, participated in the brewery overseas study selection examination, and passed with flying colours.
三十多年前有一位服務於公賣局台北啤酒廠的張先生,參加該啤酒場選派技術人員到國外深造的考試,以優異的成績及格。
Before going overseas during the physical examination at a public hospital, it was discovered that he has a tumour growth in his lung of the size of a child's fist, and therefore was not able to go overseas to study.
在出國前經某公立醫院體檢發現,罹患有像小孩拳頭大小的肺部腫瘤,因而不能出國。
The greatly disappointed Mr Zhang has always been suspicious that the diagnosis was wrong. So he went to another hospital for a check-up, the result confirmed that previous diagnosis was not in error.
張先生非常失望之餘,一直懷疑診斷有誤;於是再到另一家醫院檢查,結果還是證實原來的診斷並無錯誤。
For the youthful and healthy Mr Zhang to be stricken down with such terminal illness, in his despair, he rang his old classmate who at the time was Taidong County Government, Huangsun County Mayor's secretary, Mr Wei
當時年輕力壯的張先生得到這樣的絕症,在人生絕望之餘,多次打電話給當時任職台東縣政府黃順興縣長機要秘書的魏姓同學。
Mr Weil rushed to Taipei during his rest day on a Sunday to see Mr Zhang.
魏姓同學便利用星期日趕到台北和張先生見面,
Mr Zhang discussed with Mr Wei in details his despair and pessimism, and entrusted his friend regarding his affairs after his death. Coincidentally, Mr Wei was a good friend of Dr Lu Geling, who was in-charge of the Maijie Hospital, 1945-55, and specialised in the clinical research into cancer cases.
張先生向魏同學詳述相關絕望的詳情和悲觀感受,並請位同學協助其後事,恰逢魏同學與前任馬偕醫院院長1949-55年專精於癌症臨床研究的呂革令博士係知交好友。
He immediately suggested that Mr Zhang went and see Dr Lu for treatment. At first, Mr Zhang said he preferred not to consult anymore doctors, so as not to add further to his misery.
當即建議前往訪求呂博士醫治,起初張先生說不願再看醫生,以免徒增傷悲;
But Mr Wei told him that he had telephoned Dr Lu before to seek his advice and arranged an appointment. Mr Zhang felt obligated and went with Mr Wei to meet Dr Lu.
但魏同學說先前已以電話請教過呂博士並安排好時間,張先生只好偕同前往呂博士住處造訪。
When Dr Lu met with Mr Zhang, Dr Lu said: ' Mr Wei is a friend and introduce you and I to get to know each other. This is destiny. Thank you. Let me ask you do you know why is cancer referred to as terminal illness?'
呂博士和張先生見面就說:「魏先生是我的好友,介紹你和我認識是我們緣份,感謝。我請教你:『癌為什麼叫絕症,你可知道嗎?』」
Both Mr Zhang and Mr Wei did not how to answer.
張先生和魏先生都不知道如何作答。
Dr Lu explained: 'There are only two approaches taken by human to treat cancer to date. The first is to destroy the source of the disease. The second is the increase the capability to fight the disease.
呂博士又說:「人類醫治癌症到目前為止只有兩條路,第一條路是消滅病源,第二條路是增加抵抗力。
But the strange thing is that, cancer whether we use Cobalt 60 or other drug to destroy the cancer cells, however, before the cancer cells are killed, the good cells are destroyed first.
但很奇怪的是,癌無論用鈷60或其他藥物去消滅癌細胞,可是癌細胞還沒被消滅,好的細胞卻先被殺死。
On the other hand, no matter we use what nutrients or supplements, before the good cells have a chance to absorb them, the cancer cells have taken them up and it simply speeds up the grow of cancer.
另無論用什麼營養、補藥,好的細胞還未吸收,癌細胞卻先吸收、讓癌長得更快;
Therefore both approaches are doomed to failure, that is why cancer is terminal.'
因此可說上述兩條路都行不通、所以叫絕症。」
Dr Lu continues: 'Human being is most clever, they have successfully landed on the moon. But why is it no one ever question the above two approaches for treating cancer are nothing but self defeating dead-ends, try to seek out a third avenue?
呂博士又說:「人類的聰明連登陸月球也都已經成功,但為什麼沒有人去懷疑上述兩條治癌的路是在鑽牛角尖,另外找第三條路?
When I was conducting clinical research in Majie Hospital , I had many opportunities to work with and being helped by many colleagues in the Hospital. I discovered that the blood tests of 100% of the cancer patients showed that the blood sample are acidic...
我以往在馬偕醫院做癌症临床實驗,並得院內各部同仁協助的機會,我發現癌症病人血液檢查的結果百分之百都是酸性反應。
Those Buddhist monks and nuns who are long term vegetarians and live very close to Nature, their blood are prevalently weakly alkaline and amongst them, there has yet to discover any cancer cases
長期素食、且生活接近自然的佛寺僧尼,由於體質都偏屬優質弱鹼性,所以尚沒有發現罹患癌症的病例。
Therefore, I boldly concluded that under weakly alkaline condition, cancer cells are not able to grow, or even to survive.
因此我大膽的斷定在弱鹼性體質的狀態下,癌細胞是無法生長、甚至是無法生存的。
Mr Zhang, I would suggest that starting from now you reduce your intake of the acidic meaty dishes.
張先生我建議你從現在起少吃酸性的葷食類,
Take more of the alkaline food. In addition you can take green algae and soup made from water chestnuts with shell,
多吃鹼性食物, 另外可吃綠藻和帶殼菱角湯,
Modify your physical condition, and try seriously to have a regular life style which is close to Nature;
改變你的體質,並勵行接近自然的良好生活規律;
If you can manage to stay alive for five years, you should have no further problem. I wish you the best of luck.'

Mr Zhang follow Dr Lu's suggestion and seriously alter his eating habits.
張先生依照呂博士的建議,認真改變吃的習慣,
Every day, he ate green algae, drank chestnut soup, be optimistic and doing appropriate amount of exercise, and went back to the same public hospital for a check up. It was discovered that not only that the tumour did not increase in size, on the contrary it showed signs of shrinking, and surprised the hospital staff conducting the check-up as a miracle. Five years later, the tumour s shrunk to such a state as to be almost disappear.
每天又吃綠藻、喝菱角湯,樂觀加上每天適當的運動,一年後再到同一公立醫院檢查結果,發現腫瘤不但沒有長大、反而已呈現萎縮狀態,遂令醫院檢查人員驚為奇蹟,五年後竟完全處於萎縮、至近於消失狀態。
After almost 40 years, presently Mr Zhang's health is totally normal, and living a very pleasant life.
經過了將近四十年歲月,現在張先生的健康情況完全正常,生活起居甚為愉快。
Following Mr Zhang, a Mr Chen Tianshou, who was previously Head of the General Administration of the Taidong Provincial Hospital , was similarly diagnosed with lung cancer.
繼張先生之後,有位前台東省立醫院總務課長陳添壽先生,同樣得到肺癌;
When Mr Wei heard of this, he told Mr Chen of the experience of Mr Zhang, and Mr Chen started to follow the instructions of Dr Lu to change his physical condition. The outcome was that he was able to recover fully from the cancer, just like Mr Zhang.
魏先生得知後將張先生的經過轉告陳添壽先生,陳先生乃依照呂博士的建議進行改變體質,結果與張先生同樣癒癌症。
At that time, Mr Lu and his family have emigrated to the United States . After the two cases, he returned to Taiwan and met up with Mr Wei.
那時呂博士全家已移民美國,事後呂博士回來台灣再與魏先生見面時
Mr Wei told Dr Lu about the experiences of Mr Zhang and Mr Chen, and suggested that let the two of them detailed their experiences to Dr Lu in person, so that Dr Lu could publish a report on his self cure body conditioning method.
魏先生將張先生和陳先生的經過告訴呂博士,並提議由他們倆位親自向呂博士陳述,請呂博士發表其改變體質之自療成果報告。
Dr Lu very humbly replied:

1. Excessive intake of dairy acidic food 過度攝取乳酸性食品
a)
meat, dairy products, eggs, beef, ham, etc are acidic food
肉類、乳酪製品與蛋、牛肉、火腿等皆屬於酸性食品。
b)
taking too much acidic food will cause the blood to become acidic and viscous, difficult to flow to the end of blood vessels, leading to cold feet or knee, stiff shoulders and insomnia..
攝取過量的酸性食品血液會傾向酸性而變黏稠,不易流到細血管的末稍,而易造成手腳或膝蓋的冷寒症,以及肩膀僵硬和失眠等。

When one is young and strong, taking suitable quantity of meat is appropriate, but older people it more suitable to have a diet which are primarily vegetables or small fish.

According to statistics, people who sleep late are more likely to have cancer than normal persons, by as much as 5 times.
據統計,晚睡者罹患癌症的機率比正常人高出五倍。
c)
Human beings originally lead a life with regular tempo in this world, it is not possible to store up sleep or food and not possible to change the order of living by mixing up days and nights.
人類本來就活在節奏的世界裡,無法事先儲備睡眠或飲食,也不能日夜顛倒。
d)
Human organs are controlled by the autonomic nerves, and during day time it is mainly sympathetic nerves activities, and at night it is mainly the parasympathetic nerves which are functioning, If this order is disturbed and reversed, then diseases will result.
人體內臟受自律神經控制,白天主要是交感神經活動,晚上則由副交感神經工作,若使其錯亂及倒置,就亦百病滋生。
3. Emotion over tensed 情緒過於緊張

A person suffers mental stress, when the stress is removed and the person relaxes, sometimes this may lead to death, referred to as the syndrome of imperfect adrenal cortex function.
當一個人承受精神壓力後,一旦緊張鬆弛,時會造成猝死,稱為潛在性副腎皮質機能不全症。
4.Physical Stress 肉體的緊張
a)
Before any operation it would be necessary to check to see if the renal cortex does function normally. If the adrenal cortex is lacking, or if the stress imposed by the operation exceeded the ability of adrenal cortex to cope, it could lead to death or other undesirable impacts.
動手術之前應先檢查腎上腺皮質機能是否正常。如果副腎皮質機能較差,或手術壓力遠超過副腎調整功能,則可能造成病人死亡或其他不良影響。
b)
If it noted that patient's face is puffy, it would be necessary to inquire in detail the patient's medical history and medication status, for patients taking adrenal cortical hormone, extra care should be exercise when administering acupuncture.
若發現病患臉部浮腫,需詳加詢問病史及服藥狀況,為長期服用腎上腺皮質賀爾蒙者,施以針灸要特別注意反應。
c)
Stress due to physical labour or exercise in excess, whole night card games, driving etc should be avoided as much as possible
勞動或運動過度,通宵打牌、開車等壓力都應盡量避免。

臨床上有太多人都迷信肝功能指數,以為指數正常就一切OK,這樣的誤解,連很多專業醫師都會犯,這些平時要民眾建立正確保健常識的醫生,自己的常識竟還不正確。肝癌的預防要好,早期檢出、早期治療是不二法則許金川表示,醫生對肝病的防治都可能發生錯誤認知,更遑論一般民眾了;這也是肝癌為何如此難以治療的最大原因。
日前, 許醫師門診也是有位病人,最近一個月經常肚子痛而且體重也減輕了不少;經超音波檢查發現,肝臟部位有一個很大的肝癌,幾乎80%的肝臟都「吃」掉了。病人大吃一驚,直呼「怎麼可能?去年才做健康檢查,結果都是正常的,怎麼可能才短短的一年,就長出這麼大的肝癌?」
原來病人接受的體檢只有做肝功能檢查,檢查結果病人的肝功能都是「正常」。 病人接受的肝功能檢查,是肝臟檢查項目中最讓一般人耳熟能詳的一種檢查,但這項檢查卻是被國人誤解最深的一項。
因為,很多人以為只要肝功能檢查出來的數值正常的,那肝臟就沒有什麼問題了;結果一樁樁喪失治療先機的悲劇就一而再再而三的發生。
許金川說:GOT、GPT GPT是肝細胞裡面最多的酵素,如果肝臟發炎,或者是不管什麼原因細胞壞死,壞死之後GOT、GPT會跑出來,導致血液裡面的GOT、GPT數值升高;但是,GOT、GPT指數不高,卻不代表病人沒有肝硬化或是肝癌。因為形成肝硬化的時候,大部份肝炎患者,就算發炎情形都已經停止了,可是纖維化、肝硬化卻已經形成;一旦變成肝硬化,病人就很容易形肝癌。
另外,肝癌在早期,肝指數也不會高,因為肝癌在生長的時候,只有在肝癌周圍被肝癌壓迫侵犯的肝細胞才會壞死,因此,GOT、GPT仍可能是正常的,即使會升高,不會太高;但是,由於很多人缺乏這些知識,因此造成不幸悲劇。
肝的致命傷原因如下:
1. 晚睡晚起為最大致命傷。
2. 早上不排便。
3. 暴飲暴食。
4. 不吃早餐 → 透支體力而不自知。
5. 服用藥物過度。
6. 防腐劑、添加物、色素、人工甘味(如:沙茶醬)。
7. 不當的油脂(如:沙拉油為不穩定油),烹調盡量少用油,即便是好油,如:橄欖油。疲倦時不吃油炸物,若要吃趁精神好時吃。
8. 不生食(完全熟食)亦不利肝。青菜生吃或煮三分或五分熟,炒過的青菜當天吃完,不要隔夜吃。
要做到,完全不需花錢,只要注意起居與飲食習慣的調整。食療加上時療,讓身體在正確的時間內主動進行吸收與排毒的動作。
原因:
晚上9-11點為免疫系統(淋巴)排毒時間,此段時間應安靜或聽音樂。倘若此時,作母親的仍處於焦慮狀態,如洗碗盤、盯孩子功課,對健康不利。
晚間11-凌晨1點,肝的排毒,需在熟睡中進行。
凌晨1-3點,膽的排毒亦同。
凌晨3-5點,肺的排毒,此即為何咳嗽的人在這段時間咳得最劇烈;因排毒動作已走到肺經,不應用止咳藥,以免抑制廢積物的排除。
清晨5-7點,大腸的排毒,應上廁所排便。
清晨7-9點,小腸大量吸收營養的時段,應吃早餐。療病者最好早吃,在6點半前,養生者在7點半前,不吃早餐者應改變習慣,即使拖到9、10點吃都比不吃好。
晚睡晚起混亂整個排毒過程;另外,半夜至凌晨4點為脊椎造血時段,必須熟睡,不宜熬夜。
